The ICDL Introductory Courses focus on the needs of those who have no previous experience of computers. This builds a level of digital awareness giving you the confidence to continue on the path to achieving digital literacy.

This programmes include:

• Digital Citizen
• Digital Citizen Plus

This course is practical, with a handbook to follow and no written exam at the end of it. You will keep the learning section of the handbook in order to remind yourself of the new skills.
